Welp, it was hot again. That's just South Carolina in the summer. Really lately that is just everywhere on earth during the summer.
I went for another walk again. The big win here is that it was the second day in a row of activity. It's a small win, but one worth taking. As the habits guru James Clear put it, "If you get one percent better each day for one year, you'll end up thirty-seven times better by the time you’re done." [1]
This is my 1% better moment. Just trying to do a little bit each day. Too early to tell about any results, but my mind is hopeful. Heck, just writing a blog post each day in some way pushes me to do it. That's a wrap for day 1. Feeling good, but tired!
