Day 2: Lunchtime Walk

Well today was the first day to bring this habit into my work routine. My work day starts fairly early and to workout before work, means getting up really really early. I may eventually get there, but not just yet. So this left me with only a few options. Go after work (around 4pm) or go at lunch. I chose the lunch option knowing that my resolve weakens towards the end of the day. I think it went well.
I did not really hit any 1% better metrics, but I'll take the win of investing in the habit. Added bonus, I have some energy now to get through the afternoon slump. We shall see how long that lasts. The other big bonus of the day is that I had some pretty sweet company. π
