Yikes!... 30 more seconds of running makes a difference. Today I started week 2 of the C25K program. The run intervals increased from 60 seconds to 90 seconds and boy did I feel them.  Week 2 day 1 is as follows:

  • 5 min warm up walk
  • run 90 sec
  • walk 120 sec
  • repeat X 5
  • 5 min cool down walk

I am proud I made it to week 2, but my legs are not feeling awesome. My shins especially were burning. This weekend I am going to do other exercises besides running to hopefully recover. But you know what? This makes 2 work weeks where I have exercised everyday! I'll take it.
