I did it again. I actually got up to exercise before work. If I can keep this up, it opens up the day so much more.

This morning's walk was actually pretty enjoyable. Not having the heat beat down on you makes a big difference. I do think though it is time to up the intensity. I am going to start mixing in some weights on the non run days.
