Day 21: Getting the hang of this running thing

I got up early... on a Saturday! A part of me still feels a little crazy about that, but I'm glad I did. It was nice to have already exercised and now I have the whole Saturday left to do things. Today I started Week 3 of the C25K program. Week 3 Day 1 was as follows:
- Warm up walk 5 min
- Run 90 sec
- Walk 90 sec
- Run 3 min
- Walk 3 min
- repeat X 1
- Cool down 5 min
I felt ok on the run. The 3 minute run sections were a little long, but manageable. My shins did start hurting a bit at the end though. So that was a bit unpleasant. All in all I was glad to start a new week of the program.
