Back from my week in NY and back to running. I continued on the C25K program with Week 3 Day 2:

  • Warm up walk 5 min
  • Run 90 sec
  • Walk 90 sec
  • Run 3 min
  • Walk 3 min
  • repeat X 1
  • Cool down 5 min

I think I did pretty good, but I really felt tired at the end. It did not help that I went in the heat again. Another day done!
