Finished up C25K week 3 day 3. It was as followed:

  • Warm up walk 5 min
  • Run 90 sec
  • Walk 90 sec
  • Run 3 min
  • Walk 3 min
  • repeat X 1
  • Cool down 5 min

I felt decent on this run. It was pretty early in the morning. So, I did not have to contend with the heat. It was a bit wet and it looks like it's going to be a wet week. But I am glad I got out there this morning.
