Getting in Shape: Day 32

Well I put in a better day today than I did yesterday. Today started week 4 of the C25K program. Week 4 day 1 was as followed:

  • 5 min warm up
  • Run 3 min
  • Walk 90 sec
  • Run 5 min
  • Walk 3 min
  • Repeat 1x
  • 5 min cool down

The 5 minute part of this run was brutal. It is only a 2 minute addition to the longest interval I have done at this point, but it felt like 2 hours. My shins were really bothering me at the end here. But Hey, cheers to starting a new week!
