Day 34: My Feet Feel like they are about to fall off

I tried to go running. I attempted week 4 Day 2 of the C25K program. It did not go well. Day 2 goes as follows

  • Warm up walk 5 min
  • Run 3 min
  • Walk 90 sec
  • Run 5 min
  • Walk 2 min
  • Repeat x 1
  • Cool down walk 5 min

I only got through the first 2 runs. Then my shins were hurting so bad. I had to stop because I did not want to do any damage. I'll try again.
