Day 37: Trying to Run Again

I attempted the C25k program week 4 day 2 again. It was as follows:

  • Warm up walk 5 min
  • Run 3 min
  • Walk 90 sec
  • Run 5 min
  • Walk 2 min
  • Repeat x 1
  • Cool down walk 5 min

This time I was able to get through the whole workout. 🥳  My shins still felt a little sore, but not in pain like they were last run. One more run in week 4!
