Started the week off with Week 1 Day 2 of the couch to 5K program. It consisted of the following:
- 5 min warm up walk
- run 60 sec
- walk 90 sec
- repeat X 8
- 5 min cool down walk
I actually felt a little bit stronger than I did on Week 1 Day 1. It was still hot, but in a small way I'm feeling better when I go. My new shoes are performing well.
